Who knows if by the time this is posted if our 44^th President, Barack Hussein Obama, will really be our ACTUAL (FLUB-FREE) SWORN IN PRESIDENT, and what does this mean for America! Now wait, wait… now I’m not a conspiracy theorist, so just hear me out.
     One would say our county is steeped in deep tradition and pomp and circumstance, after all, we have to be, right? We just spent $150 million or something like that during the inauguration. Here is the point… Our, still very young but strong country, has a lot of traditions and loves to perform very ceremonial acts! I am with that group, I love big patriotic displays, I love to be with people that feel the same way and enjoy our American traditions, and I love the rituals that our Founding Fathers thought up and carried out. I believe that they are all very important both to us here at home and those abroad.

     Our American traditions, especially the inauguration, show the world that America works… It shows those out there our mighty nation! It lets folks out in the world see what democracy is, it shows America, even though we are divided, still live “ONE NATION UNDER GOD!” And most importantly in a free society it shows a peaceful transition of power! It shows that our nation is strong, above all else! I am all about continuing those same time honored events! So in moments like these, when its all on the line… when you are in fact a ROCK STAR, like Obama is… its time to give it all you got! Not time to flub and fluster the lines, like was done to the Oath of Office, not time to go all Milli Vanilli with the performances, like Itzhak Perlman, Gabriela Montero, Yo-Yo Ma, & Anthony McGill did when they were supposed to be playing the music not faking it! And seeing how it’s the liberals that call us conservatives racist… it is defiantly not time to have Dr Joseph Lowery speak words like, “…black will not be asked to get in back, when brown can stick around, when the red man can get ahead, man; when the yellow man can be mellow man and when white will embrace what is right.” It is time to stand up speak loud and proud… and show us, first and foremost, that you can and will lead us, keep us safe, and that we live in the land of the free and the home of the brave. Then show those out there that wish our nation well or ill… That you KNOW WHAT THE HECK YOU ARE DOING!!!! 

     I heard the flubbed line and although I cringed I was ok. I thought, “you know… Not a big deal, we’ll get through this…” But then on the 21^st I heard that the powers that be decided to take a “mulligan“, and that puzzled me!?! But then I saw the pictures…. And I thought, “Oh God… he wasn’t using a bible!!!!! My telly was on low volume when I first saw the picture of the second swearing so I wasn’t able to hear what the news was saying. I knew it was the second swearing in from the bottom news scroll… but buddy, I tell you what, my first thought went to that bible that seemed to be M.I.A. And I had that thought long before anyone said anything about it from the news, go figure!

     Now, I was really confused. There must have been something so wrong with the first flubbing that Obama and Co thought they should get the wording right… you know, to play on the safe side. But then this terrible disaster, what next? I think all this does is show America and the outside world that Obama and Co don’t walk on water (I know… can you believe it, I was surprised!!!) it shows everyone that he is capable of mistakes, and that maybe, just maybe… everyone drank just a bit too much of the kool aid!

     I woke up on the 22^nd (Thursday morning) to hear they may consider a 3^rd go at it! I just cant believe it… A tradition that is more than likely one of the biggest in the world and here you have, what the media has deemed “the Messiah” and he is unable to get it right in 2 attempts now!!! If the first one was a practice run, shewww what an expensive practice. And then the second attempt… NO BIBLE??? You know there are going to be some out there that say that he purposely forgot the bible since he is a muslim and all! Now I don’t think that, but I do however think he is sympathetic to them and that along with the miss steps in our traditions may be dangerous to us!
     How, you may ask is this dangerous to us? Its just a starting point! I don’t know what was going on in his head, but for him to have these big of flubs on something this important… I don’t know just makes me think its not taken as serious… which may mean he doesn’t care about them… which may mean other National ceremonies may not be that important to him! There goes patriotism and everything that makes us who we are! The things that show the rest of the world we have pride! With his stance on “soft relations” with our enemies now is not the time to look weak! I just hope this is not the case! AT least if we are going to help the terrorist kill us… and pat them on the back, I at least hope we can keep our tradition, that is until they change them to “their” traditions, and by God… you better get those right! Hope, Hope… he has said that word, we’ve heard it a lot… I will say it now, I just hope this OBAMA NATION doesn’t turn into an ABOMINATION!
